179 Posts PSSSB warder and Marton Vacancies 2024 : The Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Warder and Matron positions. Physical Ability
For Warder (PMT) Physical Measurement Test: (i) Hieght 5feet 7 inches, (ii) Chest- 33 inches & with Pump 34.5 inches (iii) For gorkha and dogras height 5 feet 4.5 inches (iv) Eyes vision – without eyeglass, not be colour blind & normal eye vision.
For Warder Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
(i) male candidates:-
1. 100 Meters Running in 15 Seconds only one chance
2. Rope Climbing – 15 feet Rope (only 3 Attempts) 3. Shot Put Trough (16 pound) – 5.50 meters or 16.5 feet Distance ( only 3 attempt)
(ii) For Ex- Servicemen candidates(male):-
1. 100 Meters Run in 17.5 Seconds only one chance,
2. Shot Put (7.26 Kg) (16 pound) – 5.00 meters or 15.5 feet (only 3 attempt)
3. Rope Climbing – 12 Feet (only 3 attempt)
For Matron:(PMT)Physical Measurement Test :
Minimum Heights: 5 feet 3 inches, Weight:- 50 Kg and above.
Vision:- Eyes vision – without eyeglass, not be colour blind & normal eye vision.
(PET) Physical Efficiency Test
(i) For Female Candidates:-
1. 100 Meters Running in 18.5 Seconds only one chance.
2. Shot Put (5.443Kg) (12 pound) – 4.00 meters or 12.5 feet (only 3 attempt)
3. Rope Climbing 12 Feet in (only 3 attempt)
(ii) For Ex-servicewomen candidates (female):-
1. 100 Meters Running in 20.0 Seconds only one chance.
2. Shot Put (5.443Kg) (12 pound) – 3.5 meters (only 3 attempt)
3. Rope Climbing – 10 Feet (only 3 attempt)
Qualifications
12th Standard passed with Punjabi Language compulsary.
